Arrow Personal Trainer is aimed to provide affordable, convenient and assured fitness solutions in Singapore. We understand that time, cost and convenience are essential in our fast-paced society. These programmes are available in various neighborhoods around the island to ensure easy accessibility. We are passionate about fitness and motivating others to get fit with the safe practices. Our coach team is a mixture of bodybuilding and Sports fitness background. Our qualified and experienced young trainers are very friendly and helpful. They are ready to inspire and train you in the right way towards your fitness goals. Our coaches provide dietary consultations to various body type transformations.


Personal Training

Trainer will customize the training program according to student need and requirement. 

You can choose to Tone up your body or build a muscular body or Improve sports fitness. 

We also can provide powerlifting training. 

Trainer will be able to help you at the gym which is provided by Student (Condo or Public).



45 mins session - $80

1 hour session - $90

Every additional person +$10/session

Arrow Sports sign up - $30 ( Goodie bag with T-shirt )

Zachary has had a passion for fitness and sports since he was young. He used to be a badminton player but switched over to golf, powerlifting, and boxing. He has 7 years of powerlifting and boxing experience. He believes "Lifting heavy only gets you halfway there, you need to have flexibility and agility. That's why I like to try a bit of everything to see what I'd like to pursue". He has been providing private coaching for the gym since 2016. He is also medically trained and understand the basic human anatomy thoroughly.
