About Arrow Multi-Sports
Arrow sports primarily offering a variety of sports classes with specialized sports coaches. Sports studies proven multi-sports exposure is critical for the early stage of human physical health and specialized sports career in the prime stage. Using the same muscles repeatedly for a long period can lead to serious injury. By playing different sports, players can distribute muscles stress which improves overall strength and conditioning. We decided to deliver a holistic multi-sports program from toddler to adults. Our kids' multi-sports program designed from fundamental movements skills-based. We planned to deliver different fundamental movement skill training using relevant sports in an enjoyable environment. We crafted the lesson plans to make sure kids will love sports more than a mobile phone.

Our Multi-Sports Coaches
An all-rounded sportsman, Mogun has played competitive tennis, cricket, badminton, table tennis as well as track & field during his school and college years. He also played volleyball, soccer, and basketball leisurely. Having started coaching during his teenage years itself, Mogun has much knowledge of and experience in kids' sports development. He has attained the Level 2 Professional Tennis Coach Certificate from AATC and the Multi-Sports Coach Certification from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
Wing actively started in Martial Arts which is Silat in 1992 as an Athlete & promoted to Junior Coach and Coach. Presently a Head Coach since 2008 holding NCAP Technical Course Silat Level 1 & NCAP Theory Level 1 conducted by the Singapore Sports Council & Singapore Silat Federation respectively. Attained Kids Athletic Coach by Singapore Athletic Association and Recreational Gymnastic Coach by Singapore Gymnastic in 2010. He has been coaching Multi-Sports such as Basketball, Soccer, Badminton, Tennis, Pre-Gymnastics, Tee-Ball, Cricket, Floor ball, Tchoukball & Volleyball in number of schools for 5 years. Currently he is playing Dodge ball and been joining tournament locally and overseas.
Selan is a young and motivated individual who has plenty of experience playing a variety of sports. He has had a strong interest in sports since a young age. He has played tennis, soccer, floor ball and ran track & field competitively during his school days. He also has experience playing badminton and cricket leisurely. Selan has attained a Diploma in Fitness from ISA.
